EISSS vision is to be the leading solution provider in delivering quality and innovative product and services that will enable industries to optimize plant efficiency and operation to meet challenge on resource insufficiency and conservation, and environment protection.
EISSS mission is to provide solution to support the rising needs for technical competency and high-end services in the power sector. We shall bring-in both proven and innovative technology and processes to improve current operational conditions of the industry that we serve. Our products will be human centered to allow collaboration between human workforce and technology to bring about optimum level of achievement among our customers.
In the midst of high technology proliferation, we aim to recognize the human element and bring back the trust and confidence on the human side of engineering.
EISSS vision & mission is centered in providing quality services. Quality services can only be attained through implementation of Quality Management System. EISSS is committed in meeting legal, regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in all our operations including sales, project engineering and execution, and after sales service. EISSS Management shall ensure that EISSS as a whole abides with the quality management system. In line with EISSS Quality Policy, operation activities are guided by the following quality principles:
- The quality of our products and services is the key to our company’s success.
- Quality objective is management objective.
- Quality objectives are established, monitored, reviewed and acted upon.
- Quality must be managed in every stage of our work process.
- Quality assurance is everyone’s responsibility and cannot be delegated.

This Quality Policy will be reviewed regularly and communicated to all relevant interested parties using the appropriate methods.

EISSS Safety, Health and Environment Policy
EISSSI recognize that high standards of health, safety and environmental protection are integral for the growth of the company and its employees. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, and preventing any untoward incidents, accidents, injury and/or ill-health of any employees, contractors, visitors, interested parties and other relevant stakeholders. EISSSI also aim to take adequate measures to protect the environment and prevent environmental pollution.
The company’s top management recognizes the importance of SHE to achieve and sustain excellence in our businesses; therefore, with the cooperation of all employees, we endeavour to continually improve our SHE Management System by committing to:
- Incorporating SHE considerations in the business decisions and operations of the company.
- Adopting preventive measures, mitigation and continual improvement in our business processes and practices.
- Promoting awareness among employees, contactors, business partners, interested parties and other stakeholders to develop a positive SHE culture within the company.
- Striving to achieve zero accidents by establishing accountability along with an SHE mindset at all levels of EISSSI.
- Providing information and imparting training (including emergency and crisis management) to employees, contractors, visitors, interested parties and other relevant stakeholders to ensure SHE requirements are met at the project sites and offices.
- Striving to reduce our environmental impact through optimization of waste generation, preservation of natural resources and encouraging energy conservation and recycling.
- Maintaining proper equipment, and office and project site conditions through optimum utilization of resources that minimizes and/or eliminate occupational health, safety, and environmental risks.
- Developing effective planning and monitoring systems to periodically review the company’s health, safety and safety performance and identify potential hazards, and to ensure that corrective actions are initiated to reduce their impact.
- Legal requirements and other compliances (customer safety standards) aligned with EISSSI SHE standards.
Communication, consultation, participation and collaboration among all employees and stakeholders will uphold the principles of this policy. Responsibility for compliance to this policy rests with all the employees of the company. They shall support its implementation by using the safety equipment issued to them, familiarising themselves with the safety rules/procedures of the company and enforcing appropriate corrective measures if violations are reported at the project sites and offices.
This SHE Policy will be implemented in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements, health, safety and environment regulations, and standards/ codes of practice of our customers. It shall be reviewed annually and communicated to all employees, contractors, visitors, and all relevant interested parties.
