Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

• Conduct thermal performance tests on turbines, boilers, heat exchangers and auxiliary systems.
• Analyze plant efficiency, heat rate, and output under varying load conditions. 
• Benchmark actual performance against and contractual guarantees.
• Identify performance degradation, root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed test reports, performance curves, and deviation analyses.
• Ensure compliance with industrial standards (ASME, ISO, PTC etc.)
• Work closely with operations, maintenance and OEM team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong grasp of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and power cycle analysis.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools and data analytics platforms.
• 3 years experience in power plant performance testing and operations.
• Experience with combined cycle and coal fired power plant.
• With Driver’s license.
