Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

• Generate technical specifications, BOQs, and method statements.
• Review vendor drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Develop electrical designs for LV and MV systems including switchgear, transformer and distribution panel.
• Prepare single line diagram, cable schedules, and load lists.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning of LV/MV electrical system.
• Ensure compliance with IEC,IEEE and local electrical codes.
• Teamwork skills and collaboration with others are essential for the role.
• Work effectively being conscience of time allocations.
• Ability to work autonomously on projects if required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AUTOCAD, ETAP etc.).
• Strong understanding of protection schemes, grounding systems and cable sizing.
• Familiarity with hazardous area classification and arc flash studies is a plus.
• 2 years experience in LV/MV systems design and implementation.
• With Driver’s license
